I called Butler Plumbing for a leaking water heater I have in my basement. I had heard from a friend that they were the best around and I must say they did not disappoint! John was the technician who came out to my house and he was absolutely amazing. He explain what the issue was to me in detail and showed me the old thermostat and drip pan that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough and asked all the right questions to make sure that my water heater was back in working order.
They sent John to diagnose the issue and replace the water shut off valve with a new one without needing to replace the entire system. He also checked the T&P valve, which was in good condition. I
