The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my treatments. I always looked forward to to my sessions as they were fun, informative and well planned. This always gave me piece of mind I made right choice to go through the treatment. The results of this treatment have been amazing, I went from severe pain to no pain in my hip joint in such a short time. I am so grateful to The team at QC kinetics at Hardy Oaks location.
I was looking for an alternative to knee replacement and had heard the QC Kinetix ads on the radio and decided to give them a call. I was able to set up an appointment in San Antonio at the Hardy Oak office. I had a lot of pain in my right knee that came from arthritis, and the knee was also swollen. At the first visit/consultation I was given all the information that I needed and all my questions were addressed. I started treatment that day and went with the clinics recommendation that I treat both knees since the left knee had been working overtime to compensate for the right knee pain. I am a custom home builder/carpenter (I have my own crew and I work with them) and I was able to continue doing everything that I have done for the past 45 plus years. I did not have much improvement after the first 2 treatments but I knew that those 2 treatments were just getting the knees ready for what was to come. Within days of the 3rd treatment I noticed a significant improvement and it just gets better and better with time, and most of the swelling has gone away. I completed my 4th treatment this past week and I am very happy with the results. The team at the Hardy Oaks office has been great to work with, they have always been timely and professional. They definitely will get 5 stars from this patient. Thanks!
My experience with QC Kinetix at Westover Hills & Hardy Oak has been a very positive one. First off, the customer service is stellar and should be a template for other facilities. I extremely appreciated the appointment reminders!! Those reminders helped me tremendously due to my busy schedule. I came to QC Kinetix not really being able to walk or lift my legs without arthritic joint pain in my knees. I had such pain and inflammation that it was just unbearable. This chronic disease impacted the quality of my life and had a societal and economical burden that would only increase with age, and I knew I had to do something other than surgery. I also didn't want to experiment with corticosteroids, or steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs because of the negative effects those drugs have on your body. In one knee, I have bone-on-bone, so when I walked my knee would make "clicking" or "popping" sounds; it just felt uncomfortable. After the 1st three injections, I slowly began to regain the functional status of my knees, and walking distance without any adverse events. After my final treatment of injections, I would say that I am about 75% to normal, the "clicking" and "popping" are minimal, and hopefully within the following 6 months; I will be close to at least 90% normal. In about 10 to 12 months, after my stem cell therapy, I am going to get an X-ray to see if there has been some regeneration of my knee cartilage because I don't experience the "clicking" and "popping" that I was accustomed to hearing and feeling. I will highly recommend to anyone who has experienced this common disorder that commonly affects your joints to QC Kinetix as an alternative treatment to surgery. My goal is a better quality of life, significantly improved cartilage quality with no need to hospitalization or surgery, and thus far QC Kinetix has put me on this magnificent road to recovery!
