At Social House Wellness Center, we believe in the whole person. We don't dwell on past mistakes unnecessarily. Understanding what has held you back previously may help direct, but it does not need to define you. We use a variety clinical methods and approaches under the direction of Adam Rahman, Clinical Director. These methods are designed to bring balance, stress reduction, and harmony into your relationships with others and yourself. With these tools in your possession, the obstacles in life that caused you to struggle or prevented you from growing will no longer seem insurmountable. There is a path, and there is a way forward.
