Hoss Notarkesh is Tony Robbins certified life strategist; Hoss’s coaching passion has been fostered through his 17 years of working in healthcare Leadership and more recent years as Senior Executive Director of the long-term care community.

His Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Master of Business has provided him with academic proficiency to help many individuals through their professional and personal journey to achieve their full potential by understanding the true meaning of life and living fully every day.

Hoss’s unique leadership coaching style by leveraging six human needs has helped businesses and entrepreneurs to build strong and meaningful workplace culture. As a presenter, Hoss has the ability to electrify his audience by delivering authentic rhetoric insights on Leadership and Personal Mastery that captivates the minds to elevated consciousness.

Hoss holds an American patent with 11 claims. Innovation and creativity for Hoss go beyond tangible product design, his strategy and novelty to lean process mapping and agile workflow design has helped many complex operations to enhance their productivity and efficiency.

Under Hoss’s direct leadership in 2014, a $95 Million operation ranking #87 nationwide became #1 in profitability in just 6 months. Also, in 2016 Hoss transformed a $45 Million project ranking the least efficient and worst profitable location to the MOST profitable of the company’s all-time in just 4 months.
