Golden Valley is a western and first-ring suburb of Minneapolis in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The city is mostly residential and is bordered by U.S. Highway 12 (Interstate 394). Right Touch has helped us out while I recover from foot surgery and it's been wonderful! Mel does a great job tackling our whole house (multiple bathrooms, multiple living areas, bedroom and kitchen) and is easy to have around while I'm also at home. She's very attentive to details and we have to do very little to keep things clean until she comes again, every other week. We're so thankful for the help!
Our technicians Sidney and Gabriel arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with as we showed them what was needed as well as our expectations. They provided useful suggestions such as a Dawn detergent solution for our laminate kitchen floor and a product they use to clean stubborn stove top stains. Sidney and Gabriel worked well together as a team cleaning our house in a timely manner. Once they were done, the house looked great with no noticeable odors from the cleaning products they used. Very pleased with the service! We will request Sidney and Gabriel for our next cleaning.
While other companies put me on a 2 month wait list, Right Touch promptly responded to my inquiry and got us scheduled for a clean. They communicated clearly throughout so we knew what to expect. And most importantly, they delivered a good quality product. We are loving our clean home!
