About Louisville

Wanted to share some outstanding work performed by Aqua Lock in Louisville KY. Jay and his crew really went above and beyond. I’ve always had water that came in the corner of my garage during a hard rain. Jay came out and recommended a channel drain to catch all the water and get it away from the fountain and my garage. They also tied it into the gutter. A+ work and the crew was super professional/friendly. I will definitely use them again if needed!
Today Stephen, Juan, and Jose came in as a 3 man team, trenched my basement, and installed a sump tied into the radon mitigation system. Stephens team is definitely the team you want coming to your house. Stephen takes his job very seriously with a leave it better than your found it mentality. Stephen noticed that my radon system was not completely dugout and over working the fan. Stephen told me he would either fix it for me or be my advocate to get it fixed right. Before they left, he showed me that it was fixed and working properly. Stephen, Juan, and Jose are the type of specialists you want at your house and give you confidence the work was done right.
Aqua Lock did a great job fixing the two cracks we had in the basement and doing the mold remediation that was in our drop ceiling of our basement! The project was supposed to take two days and they were done in one. Everyone was very responsive, friendly and professional. Thanks, Brandon N, Brandon S and Tony for doing a great job! Michael and Franny were also great getting everything set up and always responding with all my questions!
